I have a 2019 Yamaha 700 Kodiak that needed some immediate service work. The service department and mechanics had my quad fixed for a reasonable price (under what was suggested to get it fixed) and I was able to pick up my quad much earlier than expected. This is extremely important given that I use the quad exclusively for work and for most work days during the growing season. Highly recommend E&S for the way they treat their customers and their willingness to go the extra mile.

Purchased a Side by Side and a generator. The staff was very friendly and helpfully. Highly recommend if anyone looking for a friendly and easy transaction.

Never purchased a motorcycle in my life-- went to visit and everyone was so helpful and nice to me.. no high pressure sales at all. Answered my questions with ease... Scott was excellent with me as well as all the others working there. Very pleasurable experience-- I will most certainly purchase there again in the future.

I bought a Yz 450 from these guys last summer . The service I got from Kale was Fantastic. A real gentleman and a true professional. Last week he convinced me to trade off my ever reliable 1970 Ski Doo Elan for a 2018 Ski-Doo Summit. Wow that long track really does make a difference. I think I'm gonna trade off my Old Ladies Arctic Cat El' Tigre with the cheeta print seat for Skandik . Thanks for the upgrade on my suit and Helmet Kale, now I look good too. I'll send pics. We have now purchased 2 machines from E&S Motorcycles, we all know that the equipment is good. The motorbikes and atvs are the same at every dealer but the treatment and time spent with the customers walking in the door at E&S is second to none. There is another dealer in the greater Edmonton area that rhymes with .....slide that we've walked in to quite a few times and when we walk out there was not even a hello or can I help you? So once again thank you E&S Motorcycles we appreciated the professionalism and courtesy that you've shown us. We also are really enjoying the Teryx4!

Met a nice young lady while at the motorcycle show in Edmonton in Spring 2013. She took a genuine interest in that I was getting back into motorcycling after a hiatus. She helped me pick out helmets for my wife and I and being it was at the show, I had to drive out to Ft Saskatchewan. What a nice feeling that after a two week wait, when I walked into the building, there she was with a "Good Morning Aaron... I have your stuff for you". You mean I am not a walking wallet?? I am a person :)... Since then, all my parts and accessories have come from ESM. Excellent prices.. and ABOVE par on customer service. And you know what they say... "Customer service keeps them coming back..." 5-STAR all the way out at ESM.

I purchased a new 2010 Yamaha Raider from Bob back in April of 2012. The experience in dealing with Bob was very refreshing. It was like sitting down with a friend. I consider the family at E & S as friends. From the purchase of bike, accessories and the guys servicing the bike each experience has been good. If you want a fair deal, excellent service and a friendly environment everytime you walk through a bike shop, I highly recommend you take the time to go out and meet the gang at E & S. Chris provides excellent customer service. E&S performs great work. The girls are friendly and helpful. And finally, their prices and service times are incredible. It is almost 30 minutes out of my way to go there but worth every minute. Great job all of you and I hope you will continue.

From the very moment I made contact with Bob, I felt at ease, un-pressured and with genuine customer service at the ready. Bob's knowledge of the bike and its history made getting all my questions answered quite easy. I was able to swing a leg over and get a 'feel' for how the bike felt and even compare it to other bikes. Bob then introduced me to Erin, the accessories guru, who was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel that I was going to be treated well, even if I didn't buy my bike. But I did buy the bike and the service continued; storage, theft insurance, great information and an in-house credit. Can you spell 'one stop shopping!!
